You may use your credit card to make a gift securely through uafoundation.org or send a check by mail.

About the University of Arizona Foundation
The UA Foundation, founded in 1958, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the UA through philanthropy. Our goals are to facilitate connection, demonstrate gratitude and impact, and maximize the power of giving for the UA and its generous donors. Our services include managing the university’s donated assets and processing gifts to the university in accordance with the UA’s guidelines and policies.

UA Financial Policy for Gifts

For Your Taxes
Your gift is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law according to section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our tax identification number is 86-6050388. The UA Foundation promptly sends a tax receipt by mail for all gifts of $10 or more.

The UA Gift Charge
The UA applies a one-time administrative charge to new gifts of $1,000 or more. This charge, currently set at 6 percent, goes into the UA development fund, which provides critical support to the UA’s fundraising operations.

NEW JERSEY: Information filed with the attorney general concerning this charitable solicitation and the percentage of contributions received by the charity during the last reporting period that were dedicated to the charitable purpose may be obtained from the Attorney General of the State of New Jersey by calling 973-504-6215 and is available on the internet at http://www.njconsumeraffairs.gov/charity/chardir.htm. registration with the Attorney General does not imply endorsement.

NEW YORK: Upon request, a copy of the latest annual report can be obtained from the organization or from the Office of the Attorney General, by writing the Charities Bureau, 120 Broadway, New York, NY 10271.
